Terms and Conditions for the Field Validator App

1. Provider
The Field Validator app is provided by Zencraft Labs. For inquiries contact: zencraft.labs@gmail.com.
2. Service Description
The Field Validator app enables regex-based validation of ticket fields within Zendesk. Validation rules are configured by the customer in the app settings.
3. Pricing and Billing
The app is offered as a paid application through the Zendesk Marketplace. Pricing, billing, and payment processing are handled by Zendesk. For billing questions, consult Zendesk billing or your account settings.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests should be submitted through Zendesk's subscription and billing flows. If a direct refund by Zencraft Labs is applicable, contact support within 30 days of purchase.
5. Liability & Warranty
The app is provided "as is". Zencraft Labs disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, Zencraft Labs' maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the app in the preceding 12 months.
6. Data Processing and Privacy
This app does not transmit or store ticket or customer data outside of your Zendesk account. Validation is performed locally in the agent's browser or within the Zendesk app context. For full details see our privacy policy: Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
Zencraft Labs may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
